The lady was kind, friendly, and helpful. Knowing we wished to customise our own terrarium, she introduced us one by one different sizes of containers, suggesting which would suit us best, telling us the price of each to accommodate our budget. For the succulents, she let us pick our favourite succulents & figuri and then guided us to make the terrarium ourselves. She provided us with the tools and explained things patiently. She also taught us how to take care of the terrarium. And she even gave us a lot of young couples' personal advice. Overall, it was so much a soothing and worthy experience to spend time here. It was a very pleasant talk with her.

I had the most beautiful experience dealing with Lina while ordering the delivery of plants as a surprise gift for my mum’s birthday. It was all last minute on my part as I found Birch Gurney on Google rather late. But that didn’t stop the Birch Gurney team from being helpful and on-point with their efforts. Even though it was all very short notice, Lina and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my mum received her birthday greens on the same day. Needless to say, the birthday Queen was delighted by the surprise, as olive and eucalyptus had long been her coveted greens. The team even captured the delivery on a WhatsApp call with me and my family. We live abroad and weren’t able to be there in person, so that was like the cherry on top of a cake - truly special. The love of plants is something that we both share deeply, so thank you, Lina and BG, for making a birthday mama and her daughter so happy.

I am beyond grateful to Lina, Daisy, and the rest of the Birch Gurney staff for their warmth and amazing service/hospitality. Being a first time plant-mom, I was pretty clueless when it came to shopping for my indoor as well as outdoor plants. Lina was very patient in imparting her knowledge on me with regards to the suitability of the plants that caught my eye, and in caring for them. She even helped me choose suitable pots for the plants I intended to purchase. It was truly a pleasant experience shopping there!! Thank you Lina and Daisy!! I'll definitely be back for more!!
